A Frenchman with a pioneering vision, Jean-Pierre Favard developed the very first drugstores in China based on the French model.
Jean-Pierre had spent 7 years in China where he experienced first-hand the devastating effects and daily aggression of environmental pollution on the skin. Back in France in 2005, he decided to develop DERMINA at the age of 30. Created in collaboration with experts in dermatology, DERMINAwas the first dermo-cosmetic brand specialized in treating and healing very sensitive skin subject to extreme climatic conditions and urban life.
Prior to their launch in France, his formulas were tested over a ten year period in China (Shanghai and Beijing), where skin sensitivity concerns are most prevalent worldwide.
