Refund policy
– Withdrawal Period
The legal withdrawal period is fourteen (14) days. The Client may return the Products that do not meet their expectations without having to justify the reason. This period begins from the date the Client receives the Product. If this period ends on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday, it is extended to the next business day.
The right of withdrawal is exercised without penalty, noting that the return costs are the responsibility of the Client.
In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the following orders:
◦ The supply of goods that have been unsealed by the consumer after delivery and cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection.
◦ The supply of products which, after being delivered, are inseparably mixed with other items by their nature.
– Procedures
To withdraw, the Client must make a declaration by postal mail to SAS INDERMA at 19 Boulevard Paul Vaillant Couturier 94200 Ivry-sur-Seine or by email at info@dermina.fr.
– Returns and Refunds
The Client must return the Dermina Products within fourteen (14) days following the communication of their decision to withdraw to the following address: SAS INDERMA, 19 Boulevard Paul Vaillant Couturier 94200 Ivry-sur-Seine.
The direct costs of returning the order are the responsibility of the Client.
In case of depreciation of the Product, the Client is held responsible. The Products must be returned in their original packaging.
The refund will only be processed once the Products are received, via bank transfer.
